    About the Role

    ABA Squad is seeking a passionate BCBA to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician seeking flexibility, strong support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism and developmental disabilities.

    Responsibilities

    Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior therapists

    Conduct FBAs and ABA assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS)

    Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and BIPs

    Provide caregiver training and parent support

    Ensure high-quality, ethical ABA service delivery

    Collaborate with a supportive clinical team

    Qualifications

    Active BCBA certification in good standing

    Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

    Experience with ABA assessments, behavior reduction, and skill acquisition programs

    Strong leadership and communication skills

    Valid driver’s license
