As a Clinical Supervisor, you will lead and supervise a team of professionals while overseeing the implementation of effective, evidence-based interventions.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead with Impact: Share your expertise on ASD and ABA through training, mentorship, and presentations to shape the professional development of clients and staff

    Collaborative Supervision: Oversee a team of RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure high-fidelity implementation of ABA treatment plans

    Client-Centered Care: Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment programs, analyze data, and adjust plans to ensure continuous client progress

    Family Engagement: Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families to implement behavior strategies at home

    Professional Development: Stay current with ABA research and best practices through ongoing training, conferences, and CE opportunities

    Leadership & Guidance: Provide supervision, performance evaluations, and professional support to junior clinicians and RBTs

    Qualifications

    Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

    Certification: Current BCBA certification in good standing; 8 hours of supervision training completed or in progress

    Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with families, staff, and other professionals

    Experience conducting and overseeing functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

    Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a collaborative team mindset

    Exceptional problem-solving, multitasking, and conflict-resolution skills

    Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance (travel may be required)
