Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full Time

We are currently hiring full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team in Bossier City and Monroe / West Monroe. This is a great opportunity for a BCBA looking for clinical quality, manageable caseloads, and strong leadership support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans

• Supervise and mentor RBTs / behavior technicians

• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (required)

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Experience supervising RBTs preferred (not required)
