Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Description
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Fort Worth, TX | Hybrid / In-Home
Looking for a BCBA Who Connects With People, Not Just Treatment Plans
A growing, privately owned ABA organization in the Fort Worth area is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its clinical team.
Yes, you need to know ABA. Yes, you need to have passed the BCBA exam. But we're looking for more than credentials.
We're looking for someone families trust, children respond to, and coworkers genuinely enjoy working with.
Clinical skills can continue to develop with the right support. Communication, professionalism, warmth, reliability, and the ability to build meaningful relationships are much harder to teach.
If that sounds like you, we'd like to talk.
What Makes This Opportunity Different
This is not a high-volume BCBA position built around carrying an overwhelming caseload.
The organization believes BCBAs should have the time and flexibility necessary to provide excellent clinical care.
Position Highlights:
Because services are provided in the home, candidates should be comfortable supporting young children and families across a range of behavioral and adaptive-living needs, including sensitive areas such as toileting and personal-care programs.
Who We're Looking For
You may be an experienced BCBA, or you may be earlier in your BCBA career and looking for an organization where you can continue developing clinically.
We're especially interested in someone who is:
For this organization, personality and cultural fit matter just as much as the résumé.
Qualifications
Timing
The organization is planning ahead and would ideally like to have the right BCBA in place in late 2026.
They're not interested in rushing the process simply to fill a position. The priority is finding someone who fits the team, connects with families, and is interested in building a long-term relationship with the organization.
If you're a BCBA looking for a manageable caseload, meaningful hybrid flexibility, and an organization where relationships and quality of care still matter, we'd like to hear from you.
