Our Ideal BCBA
You don't have to be the loudest person in the room to be a great BCBA.
We're looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, curious, and willing to roll up their sleeves alongside their team. Someone who can look at a graph and see more than data points, coach an RBT without making them feel judged, and turn clinical recommendations into strategies that actually work for families.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who cares about doing good work—and doing it well.
If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you!
