    We are an expanding pediatric therapy center based in Tallahassee, FL, serving children and families across 7 counties. We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative team and help support children from preschool through grade 12.

    Position Details

    • Full-Time BCBA
    • Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
    • Clinic-based services with coverage across 7 counties
    • Weekly paid team meeting (1 hour)
    • Opportunity to supervise and support RBTs and behavior programs

    Compensation

    • $80,000 – $85,000 annual salary

    What You’ll Do

    • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
    • Oversee implementation of ABA programs
    • Supervise and mentor RBTs and team members
    • Collaborate with therapists, families, and caregivers
    • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

    Who You’ll Work With

    What We’re Looking For

    • Active BCBA certification
    • Experience working with pediatric populations
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
