Helix Autism LLC is seeking BCBAs to join our team in and around the Tulsa area. We offer extreme flexibility and believe in allowing employees to choose their own work/life balance. Therefore, you can work as little as 10 hours per week or as much as 35. Additionally, you can choose your own clients that fit your location and availability.

This company was created and is owned by 2 supportive and compassionate BCBAs. We do not answer to any private equity firms or investors. We aim to provide meaningful and productive services to our clients and to allow our BCBAs to operate without micromanagement, yet always feel that they are supported and can obtain assistance when needed.

We do not believe in non-competes. What this means is that we don't mind if you work for other companies while you work for us, and if you are interested in starting your own practice/company, we will teach you the skills necessary to make this dream come true for you.

This position can be done either 100% in person or a hybrid of in person and telehealth (remotely) based on your own preferences. Our clients are served in their homes. You would be responsible for assessments, programming and supervision, and parent training.
