    Who We Are

Gold Vine ABA, a Sunshine ABA company, is built on the belief of “ABA Therapy for a Brighter Future.”

We provide high-quality ABA therapy to children ages 2–14 and their families in a supportive, clinic-based environment. Our approach is rooted in compassion, teamwork, ethical care, and evidence-based treatment.

We are a family-owned, BCBA-led organization, which means clinical quality, staff support, and long-term outcomes guide our decisions. Our staff are not just employees — they are part of the Gold Vine family.

Too many clinicians in ABA feel overworked, under supported, or disconnected from leadership. We are here to change that. At Gold Vine ABA, you will be supported, heard, and given the tools you need to do meaningful clinical work without the burnout.

    Why Join Gold Vine ABA?

As a BCBA with Gold Vine ABA, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care without feeling like you are carrying everything alone.

    You will receive:

Extra support and guidance during your first 90 days

Ongoing mentorship and open communication with leadership

Consistent and reliable staff and families who give their all during sessions

A collaborative clinic team that values your voice and clinical judgment

Administrative and scheduling support so you can focus on clinical care

    Clear expectations and realistic responsibilities

Opportunities for leadership growth as the clinic expands

Flexibility within a clinic-based role, including thoughtful scheduling and support around work-life balance

This is a strong fit for a BCBA who wants a supportive, structured environment where clinical quality matters and professional growth is encouraged.
