Position Overview
The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans, supervising clinical staff, and collaborating with families, schools, and multidisciplinary professionals to promote meaningful outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
Provide direct supervision and mentorship to RBTs and other clinical staff
Deliver parent/caregiver training and ongoing family support
Collaborate with schools, teachers, and related service providers
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to guide clinical decision-making
Ensure ethical and professional standards in accordance with BACB guidelines
Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications
Current BCBA certification in good standing
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Experience working with children with developmental delays and/or autism spectrum disorder
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for home and school-based services)
