Position Summary:
We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced BCBAs to join our growing team to serve in-home clients after-school hours and on weekends in the Matawan, NJ area. This is an excellent opportunity for BCBAs looking for flexible hours and the ability to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Supervise and provide ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians

• Oversee the implementation of ABA therapy in clients' homes

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams

• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and funding guidelines

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification in good standing

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorder

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes

• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

• Availability during after-school hours (typically 3 PM – 8 PM) and/or weekends
