    About the Role:

    Kaleidoscope Learning Center Corp is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Bushnell, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals through evidence-based behavioral interventions in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on thorough behavioral assessments

    Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to guide clinical decision-making

    Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff

    Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent program implementation

    Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and adjust treatment plans as needed

    Provide parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization across environments

    Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards

    Requirements:

    Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing

    Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

    Experience working with children or adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities

    Proficiency in conducting FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, or similar assessments

    Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills

    Reliable, compassionate, and committed to ethical ABA practice
