About the Role:

Join Look Up Therapy LLC as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families in West Palm Beach, FL. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to provide high-quality ABA therapy in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

Implement and supervise ABA therapy sessions with clients in various settings.

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Maintain accurate documentation and records of client progress and interventions.

Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with ABA best practices.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work culture.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.

Current BCBA certification and state licensure in Florida.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA therapy with children.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for helping children achieve their fullest potential.

Knowledge of ethical and professional standards in ABA.

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of clients.
