This is a part-time, hourly BCBA position designed around clinical leadership — not chaos.

Whether you are supporting our center, partnering with a school, or overseeing community-based services, your role is structured, intentional, and sustainable.

We do not build production lines. We build clinical ecosystems.

Your focus is clinical excellence — conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, analyzing data, and guiding caregiver training.

You will not be buried in insurance battles or administrative overload. We have a dedicated team that manages Medicaid and commercial authorizations, billing, and backend compliance. Your job is to lead clinically and ethically.
