    What You’ll Do

    • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
    • Design and oversee ethical, data-driven ABA programs
    • Provide services across home, school, clinic and community settings
    • Supervise and mentor registered behavior technicians and two BCBA fieldwork students to ensure high-quality care
    • Collaborate with families, educators and community leaders to generalize skills
    • Monitor progress, ensure compliance and uphold client dignity
    • Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a culture of excellence

    Qualifications

    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license (or eligibility)
    • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education or a related field
    • At least five years of ABA experience, including supervisory experience
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to commute to our Chicago clinic

    Preferred

    • Experience supervising BCBA fieldwork students
    • Comfort working in diverse settings (home, school, clinic, community) and with a diverse team
    • Interest or experience in naturalistic learning and the Feuerstein approach
