What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Design and oversee ethical, data-driven ABA programs
- Provide services across home, school, clinic and community settings
- Supervise and mentor registered behavior technicians and two BCBA fieldwork students to ensure high-quality care
- Collaborate with families, educators and community leaders to generalize skills
- Monitor progress, ensure compliance and uphold client dignity
- Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a culture of excellence
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license (or eligibility)
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education or a related field
- At least five years of ABA experience, including supervisory experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to commute to our Chicago clinic
Preferred
- Experience supervising BCBA fieldwork students
- Comfort working in diverse settings (home, school, clinic, community) and with a diverse team
- Interest or experience in naturalistic learning and the Feuerstein approach
