About the Role:

Join DIVERSE DIMENSIONS BEHAVIOR CONSULTING as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Indianapolis, IN, where you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges. We are seeking passionate professionals for a Full-time position to join our dedicated team in providing high-quality clinical support.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.

Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans and strategies.

Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans as needed.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field of ABA.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Knowledge of ABA principles and ethical guidelines.

Passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.
