    At BP Warriors Therapy, we are passionate about delivering high-quality, individualized ABA services to children and individuals with varying abilities. As we expand our in-home therapy program, we’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in a remote/hybrid capacity.

    Position Overview:

    This role is primarily remote with the opportunity to visit clients for in-home observations and assessments as needed. You’ll work closely with BHTs/RBTs and families to deliver high-impact ABA care while enjoying the flexibility of a work-from-home lifestyle.

    Schedule:

    • Part-time or full-time

    • Very flexible scheduling- just ask! We’re willing to work with you!

    • No weekends required

    Compensation:

    • Part-time: $75.00–$110.00 per hour

    • Full-time Salary: $75,000–$110,000 annually (based on experience, education, and training)

    • Bonus potential based on meeting weekly billable hour targets

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and support RBTs providing in-home ABA therapy

    • Conduct behavioral assessments and skill evaluations

    • Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans

    • Communicate with families and conduct parent training sessions

    • Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions

    • Attend virtual team meetings and participate in ongoing training

    • Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards

    Requirements:

    • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

    • Active BCBA certification from the BACB

    • Active Arizona BCBA license

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with individuals with special needs
