We are looking for a talented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the school year.

Hourly Rate Range: $53.00-$61.00 per hour

Responsibilities would include:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide supervision and training to Behavior Interventionists and staff.
• Analyze data and adjust interventions based on student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support implementation of behavior strategies across school environments.
• Maintain compliance with South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE) and IDEA regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Experience working in school-based settings preferred.
• Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required.
