Job Requirements:
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field (approved by the BACB) (required)
Current Active Certification through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (required)
Experience working with child with autism spectrum disorder
Job Responsibilities
Conduct behavior and skill-based assessments
Write treatment plans based off clients needs
Provide supervision and feedback to therapists
Monitor treatment progress
Provide Parent Training
Must be able to collect data and submit at the end of each session
Leadership trainings and CEU’s
Required Experience
Exceptional communication skills
A valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from a session
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Must be able to meet the rigorous physical demands of the job which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting (50lbs +)
Must be able to legally work in the United States.

At The Social Spectrum Inc., we offer both in-home, community, and center based ABA services for children 18 months to 21 years of age. Our center is based in Morganville, NJ, but we accept clients from Monmouth, Middlesex, Union, Mercer, Ocean County and all over the State of New Jersey.
We offer flexible scheduling with mornings, afternoons, early evenings, and weekend availability to take on the amount of cases that best fits their schedules and comfort level. 1:1 treatment is delivered to clients by a technician under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Our focus is to provide clients with the skills to achieve as much independence as possible, which includes specific treatment plans that address behavioral, community, daily living, and social skills.
