We are searching for a compassionate, knowledgeable and collaborative BCBA to join our growing team! The BCBA will develop and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs, design and implement behavior intervention plans, and monitor student progress through data-driven analysis. Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, conducting functional behavior assessments, collaborating with parents and caregivers to support skill generalization, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and ABA best practices. This role emphasizes building strong relationships with students, staff, and families to achieve individualized client goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices with 3-5 years experience
Current BCBA certification and compliance with BACB standards
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team in an on-site setting
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred)
Experience working with students on the autism spectrum in educational or therapeutic environments
Valid IVP card, CPR and First Aid
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs; must be able to bend, stretch, reach, twist, walk, run and stand for an extended period of time
Valid and unrestricted driver's license and reliable transportation
Punctual, optimistic, and solutions-based thinker
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct assessments including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
Use evaluation tools to design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
Supervise and train team members; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with fellow team members
Collect, analyze and graph data utilizing Ensora, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries
Collaborate in IEP meetings
Provide supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians as required to maintain certification
Provide crisis intervention and management following guidelines set forth by Safety Care, when necessary
Communicate in a positive and empathetic manner
Maintain all required documentation and student records
Attend all Beyond Autism trainings
Adhere to the policies and procedures set forth in our handbook
Support the mission and vision of Beyond Autism
