    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and open to BCaBA • Williamsburg, Virginia • Full-time or Part-Time A Better Day ABA is a BCBA-owned and operated practice that prioritizes mentorship, collaboration, and ethical decision-making. Responsibilities: • Utilize evidence-based methods to provide individualized, client-centered treatment to children and their families • Generate client documentation and communicate clinical information to all stakeholders • Comply with insurance and government policies, laws, and procedures • Collaborate with other service providers and community resources using a holistic and integrated approach • Empower families through comprehensive training sessions and engagement during clinic sessions • Supervise the implementation of treatment plans by technicians and provide training and feedback to ensure accuracy, consistency, and meaningful progress • Promote collaboration, professionalism, mentorships, empowerment, and advocacy Qualifications: • Active BCBA certification and Virginia license • Completion of the 8-hour supervision training • Minimum 1 year experience working with children with autism Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 yearly
