What We Offer: • Competitive salary + performance bonuses • Paid Time Off & manageable Monday – Friday schedule • Health, dental, vision insurance + 401(k) • Administrative support & career growth opportunities • Training in play-based ABA therapy (ESDM & PRT) • Join us and help make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families—while thriving in your career! • Responsibilities: • Develop and implement ABA therapy plans for children aged 2-6 in a center-based environment in Lees Summit, MO • Provide supervision and training to the team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) • Conduct assessments and design personalized treatment strategies for each patient • Review RBT data and session notes, offering constructive feedback and support • Establish strong relationships with families to set goals, track progress, and provide guidance and assistance • Engage in the staff interview process and contribute to team meetings • Maintain high clinical standards for all learners and staff in the center Qualifications: Requirements: • Must hold a Master’s Degree • Must be an actively registered Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) • Previous experience in a clinical/center-based setting is highly preferred • Additional experience within the ABA community is highly valued Preferred Skills: • Demonstrate a commitment to clinical excellence • Possess strong leadership skills to handle stressful situations with calmness and patience • Show compassion and have a high Emotional Quotient (EQ) • Collaborate effectively with other clinicians, leadership, and parents/caregivers • Familiarity with Vineland-3, VBMAPP, ESDM, or PRT is a plus Compensation: $68,000 - $85,000 yearly
