Benefits Include: • Competitive salary plus performance bonuses • Generous Paid Time Off • Work from home opportunities • Opportunities for career growth • Manageable caseloads during regular work hours (Monday-Friday) • Comprehensive administrative support • Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage • 401(k) program • Play-based ABA therapy training in ESDM and PRT • Ongoing professional development opportunities Responsibilities: • Plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt ABA therapy for children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting • Provide ongoing training and supervision to the clinical team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) • Perform patient assessments and create individualized treatment plans • Review RBT data, session notes, and provide feedback and support • Forge strong partnerships with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and provide coaching • Participate in the staff interview process • Participate in monthly all-team meeting, reviewing the center and clinical needs • Ensure clinical quality across all learners and staff Qualifications: Requirements: • Master’s Degree • Actively registered as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) • Experience in a clinical/center-based setting is highly valued • Additional experience in the ABA community is highly valued Preferred Skills: • Dedication to clinical excellence • A strong leader who can handle stressful situations with calmness and patience • Compassionate with a high EQ • Strong collaboration capabilities with other clinicians, leadership, and parents/caregivers • Experience with Vineland-3, VBMAPP, ESDM, or PRT Compensation: $68,000 - $85,000 yearly
