Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Bcba)
Join Our Team! Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required. We’re seeking a full-time BCBA to provide in-home, community-based, and clinic services (if desired) from San Francisco - San Mateo. Skilled Therapy & Play Services is a highly regarded private practice and tight-knit group of providers, recently recognized as the best pediatric behavioral and mental health provider in Santa Clara, San Francisco, and San Mateo counties. We are 100% out-of-network with all insurance companies, allowing us to focus on client needs, without limitations, and prevent BCBA burnout. Skilled Therapy has two clinics in San Carlos and one in San Mateo, and we also offer in-home, school-based, and community services throughout the Bay Area. Our team of BCBAs, OTs, and SLPs is committed to high-quality care and demonstrating to families what that truly looks like in practice. A typical caseload includes 2–3 clients, with direct time, indirect time, and parent training all paid at the same rate. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement behavior plans for neurodivergent children. • Direct service delivery to families. • Conduct functional behavior assessments. • Implementation of ABA principles, PRT, and NET *Bonus - DIR Floor time. • Develop and implement positive behavior intervention plans. • VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, QBAF administration, and comfortability. • Evaluate client needs and create individual interventions while establishing person-centered goals for behavior modifications. • Daily documentation, including daily notes and progress report updates. • Observations and parent/related provider interviews. • Provide training and support to parents, teachers, and other professionals. • Provide ongoing monitoring of the effectiveness of behavior plans. • Electronic data collection and analysis to evaluate progress. • Provide group and individual therapy to patients and families, using evidence-based approaches. • Interdisciplinary collaboration. Qualifications: • BCBA Certification. • CA Driver's License. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Good communication and ability to collaborate. Compensation: $70 - $80 hourly
