    This position supervises Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducts functional behavior assessments, writes behavior intervention plans, and provides behavior training for all staff members.

    Qualifications:

    Education: Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (or similar field with a focus in ABA)

    Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA)

    Experience: Minimum one (1) year of experience with ABA, five years or more preferred.

    Required Credentials:

    All employees are required to pass a background screening and a drug test as a condition of employment.

    Must complete 8-hour supervision training within 90 days of hire.

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct functional behavior assessments and functional analyses

    Write behavior intervention plans

    Responsibilities (cont):

    Assist with the implementation of behavior plans

    Collect, graph, and analyze data

    Provide supervision of RBTs to meet BACB standards

    Review and sign RBT treatment notes

    Consult and provide training for parents and teachers

    Participate in in-service programs and present in-service programs as assigned

    Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures

    Participate with all other health care personnel in patient care planning

    Instruct patients and family/significant others in the in-home programs and protocols

    Attend all required meetings and patient care conferences as scheduled

    Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient-related information

    Immediately report to the supervisor any patient incidents/variances, or complaints

    Maintain current CPR certification

    Comply with Easterseals policies and procedures, utilizing the highest standards of personal and professional ethics and behavior

    Demonstrate good judgment, diplomacy, courtesy, and effective communication while working at Easter Seals or when representing the organization

    Other duties as assigned
