    We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about delivering high-quality ABA services and making a meaningful impact in the lives of children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. This role offers the opportunity to provide clinical leadership, develop individualized treatment plans, mentor Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to drive meaningful progress.

    Compensation: $82,000-$100,000 annually, based on experience and caseload

    Employment Type: Full-Time

    Expected Billable Hours: 25 billable hours per week requirement

    Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on caseload needs and clinician preference.

    What You'll Do

    Conduct behavioral assessments, functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and skill-based evaluations

    Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

    Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

    Analyze client data and make evidence-based treatment decisions

    Provide parent training and caregiver support

    Maintain accurate clinical documentation and generate progress reports

    Lead treatment team meetings and collaborate with families, educators, and other service providers

    Ensure the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and effective ABA services

    Qualifications

    Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

    Current Massachusetts LABA licensure or willingness to obtain licensure

    Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

    Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with developmental disabilities and special needs

    Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavioral interventions, and ethical guidelines

    Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

    Experience supervising direct-care staff preferred

    Proficiency with ABA software platforms and Microsoft Office applications
