Who we are Phoenix Residential is a trauma-informed residential program serving youth ages 6–17 with behavioral and mental health needs. We utilize a Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) model and are expanding to include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services within our residential setting.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst / Licensed Behavior Analyst- CONTRACT to join our team! This is a HYBRID role. The BCBA/LBA will serve as the clinical lead for Phoenix’s ABA program. This role is responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and ensuring all services meet Texas Medicaid and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and other required evaluations
Develop individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment data
Provide ongoing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
Ensure all documentation meets Medicaid and regulatory standards
Maintain compliance with all state and federal guidelines
Collaborate with residential staff to integrate ABA strategies into daily routines
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Support development and implementation of program policies and procedures
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification
Active Texas LBA license (required)
Experience with Medicaid ABA services and documentation
Experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians
Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and interventions
Ability to work in a residential and team-based environment
