  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide high-quality ABA services to children and families.

    Responsibilities

    Develop and oversee individualized behavior-analytic treatment plans.

    Conduct assessments and analyze behavioral data.

    Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and other team members.

    Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and other professionals.

    Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

    Provide caregiver training and ongoing clinical guidance.

    Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications

    Current BCBA certification and active BACB credential.

    Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.

    Experience providing ABA services, preferably with children with developmental disabilities.

    Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.

    Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, if required for the position.
