About Us: We are excited to announce the opening of our new ABA clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care for children with autism and related disorders. Our mission is to empower families and foster a supportive environment where every child can thrive. As we embark on this journey, we are seeking a passionate and innovative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help shape our clinic from the ground up.
Position Overview: As a BCBA at Verity Behavioral Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective ABA programs tailored to the unique needs of our clients. This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary leader who is eager to contribute to all aspects of clinic operations, including program design, staff training, family engagement, and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA.
Conduct assessments and analyze data to monitor client progress.
Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other team members.
Collaborate with families to ensure consistency and support in treatment.
Contribute to the development of clinic policies, procedures, and culture.
Engage with the community to promote our services and educate about ABA therapy.
Stay current with research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Current BCBA certification.
Experience in clinical settings with children and families.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
