    Job Summary We are a growing, client-centered ABA/EIDBI clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based services to children and families. Our team values collaboration, ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and strong communication. We’re looking for a BCBA who is passionate about helping clients reach meaningful, measurable goals while supporting RBTs and clinical staff.

    The BCBA will be responsible for overseeing behavior-analytic programming, conducting assessments, supervising RBTs/behavior therapists, and ensuring treatment integrity and quality of care. The ideal candidate is organized, supportive, and committed to maintaining high clinical standards

    Responsibilities

    Perform intakes and assessments

    Create individualized treatment plans for each client

    Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

    Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

    Perform regular wellness checks

    Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

    This position focuses on supporting students with severe behavioral and developmental needs through evidence-based intervention and collaboration with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams

    Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

    Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students with significant behavioral needs

    Train and support school staff in the implementation of evidence-based strategies

    Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and refine interventions

    Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, administrators, and parents to promote consistency and success across environments

    Qualifications

    Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience preferred.
