    About Us Coastal Kids Autism Treatment Center, PLLC is a specialized Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) clinic, dedicated to providing high-quality early intervention services for young children with autism.     Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced BCBA with a passion for early intervention to join our team and make a meaningful impact on young learners and their families.

    Responsibilities

    Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, PEAK, VINELAND, etc.) and develop individualized treatment plans for early learners.

    Implement Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) strategies to foster motivation, communication, and social engagement.

    Provide parent training to support skill generalization at home.

    Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity in therapy sessions.

    Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.

    Stay up-to-date with best practices in early intervention and PRT.

    Qualifications

    Current and unrestricted Board Certified Behavioral Analyst- BCBA

    Previous experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (preferred)

    Able to supervise BCBA interns (must be a BCBA for a year)

    Experience in early intervention or a willingness to learn PRT and be trained in PRT

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Highly organized
