Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the reasons behind specific behaviors
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and evidence-based practices.
Oversee and supervise ABA services in 1:1 and group settings
Provide guidance and training to technicians and other professionals on implementing behavior-analytic interventions
Collect and analyze data to monitor child progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and thorough records of treatment plans, assessments, progress, and other relevant information (RethinkBH)
Communicate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective implementation of treatment plans
Ensure HIPAA compliance, confidentiality, professionalism, and organization across all settings
Qualifications:
Comfortable with technology and electronic data collection (RethinkBH experience a plus)
Experience working with children with autism or other developmental delays using ABA
Must be able to analyze data, identify patterns, and develop solutions to address behavioral challenges
Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
Communication skills
Requirements:
Must hold a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
BCBA certification (Required)
Licensed Behavioral Analyst in the state of New Jersey
Must be comfortable going into client’s homes to supervise therapy sessions and provide parent trainings
Ability to create treatment plans with independence and confidence
Must pass background check, child abuse registry, and drug testing
