    We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding Dental Support Organization (DSO) led by experienced clinicians and entrepreneurs. With multiple practices across Southern California, we are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while building a collaborative and growth-oriented clinical culture.

    We are seeking a Board-Certified Endodontist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple locations, providing advanced endodontic care in a modern, well-supported environment with strong referral flow from our general dentists.

    The ideal candidate is clinically confident, efficient, and committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes while maintaining a compassionate chairside manner.

    Qualifications

    Board Certified Endodontist (required)

    DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

    Completion of an accredited Endodontic residency program

    Active and unrestricted California dental license

    DEA license (or eligibility)

    Current BLS/CPR certification

    Strong clinical proficiency in modern endodontic techniques and technologies

    Excellent communication and case acceptance skills

    Ability to work collaboratively with general dentists and team members

    Responsibilities

    Diagnose and treat diseases of the dental pulp and periapical tissues

    Perform advanced endodontic procedures including:

    Root canal therapy (anterior, premolar, molar)

    Endodontic retreatment

    Apicoectomy and other surgical endodontic procedures

    Utilize advanced technology such as digital radiography, CBCT imaging, and rotary endodontic systems

    Develop and present treatment plans clearly to patients

    Collaborate with general dentists to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes

    Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation

    Adhere to all infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols

    Deliver an exceptional patient experience with a focus on comfort and education
