Pay rate: $270.00 /hr (1099)
Duration: 1 year contract
Location: VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, University Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15240.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Description:
An Interventional Radiologist providing onsite Abdominal/GU, Breast Imaging, Cardiovascular, General, Interventional, Musculoskeletal, Neuroradiology radiologist services shall provide services that meet or exceed the American College of Radiology Guidelines.
Standards of Care : The contract physician(s)' care shall cover the range of Interventional Radiology services as would be provided in a state-of-the-art civilian medical treatment facility and the standard of care shall be of a quality, meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards as established
Scope of Care : Contractor's physician(s) shall be responsible for providing (Interventional) Radiology procedures, including, but not limited: Drainage Procedure/image cath fluid collection, Artery x-rays arm/leg(Angiogram)/Place catheter in vein, Repair of tunnel central venous catheter/Venogram, Echo guide with Biopsy/Exploration of abdomen, Insert tunneled cv cath (PORT placement or removal)/ Repair of tunnel central venous catheter, Fistulogram/Insertion/Removal, Lung Biopsy, Percutaneous chest tube insertion, Angioplasty with stenting/Trluml balo angiop addl artery, TACE (Embolization), IVC Filter, Cryoablation Kidney Tumor.
