EB Pediatric Resources is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with clients in Chicago. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants a flexible schedule and who values collaboration, flexibility, and quality clinical care. Qualified applicant will develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct functional behavior assessments and adjust treatment as needed, supervise RBTs and support high-quality service delivery, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary providers, participate in team meetings and contribute to program development, and ensure ethical, evidence-based practices and data-driven decision-making

Qualifications:

Current BCBA certification and Illinois state licensure

1–3 years of ABA experience (preferred)

Experience supervising RBTs and leading clinical teams

Commitment to ongoing professional growth and client-centered care
