Boat Reconditioning Specialist

M&M Jersey Marine is looking for a hardworking Boat Reconditioning Specialist to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality workmanship, and like being around boats, this is a great opportunity to work in a busy marine service yard.

What You’ll Do

Wash, wax, and detail boats to showroom standards

Clean interiors including vinyl, glass, compartments, and decks

Prepare boats for customer delivery and seasonal storage

Assist with spring commissioning and fall winterization work (shrink wrap removal/installation, pressure washing, bottom prep and painting)

Help move, load, and organize boats in the yard and service shop

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe boat yard

Assist marine technicians with gelcoat and fiberglass repairs including sanding, prep, and finishing work

Inspect boats and report gelcoat fading, cracks, or other damage

What We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver’s license preferred

Boat detailing, auto detailing, or marina experience a plus (not required)
