    Position: Boat Rental and Retail Specialist Location: Skier's Marine — Smith Lake (Full time/Seasonal) Schedule: 15–30 hours/week | Weekends & holidays required Season: May – September

    What You'll Do

    Rentals

    Welcome customers and handle rental check-in and check-out

    Walk guests through safety instructions and boating guidelines

    Clean, fuel, and inspect boats between rentals to keep everything ship-shape

    Assist with docking and securing watercraft

    Keep the marina area tidy, organized, and guest-ready at all times

    Retail

    Assist customers on the sales floor and help them find the right gear, apparel, and accessories

    Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing retail area

    Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

    Stay knowledgeable on available products to make confident recommendations

    Support inventory management and restocking as needed
