Position Summary:

Ensure efficient operations of the Service production through Inventory Maintenance and Control while working directly with the Service Team. This position reports directly to the Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Inventory Control functions to ensure receiving, stocking and distributing equipment and parts to all departments is accurate and efficient.

Maintain effective communication with customers and the Service Department to support inventory management, receipt of parts and order status updates.

Proactively identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the parts sales to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Enter parts inventory information accurately into company software management system.

Place and complete all parts orders with vendors and manufacturers with all appropriate data documented in software management program.

Maintain professional working relationships with vendors and manufacturers while negotiating terms and prices to optimize inventory costs.

Efficiently and accurately post invoices to ensure proper payments to vendors and manufacturers, reconciling invoices to work orders for pricing accuracy and comparing prices for the lowest cost.
