Together we will make boating accessible around the world, provide private and professional boat owners with additional income from boat rentals, and get the world out on the water.

     

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    As a Sales Concierge, you will be joining on the ground floor of a team that is aiming to grow to 100! You will take care of our clients - learning what their needs are, helping them secure the right boat, walking them through the booking process, and more! You will report to the US Sales Lead and will collaborate with the sales and account managers. 

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Take care of the US clients: understand their needs and follow them all along the booking process to the closing. You will get a monthly sales objective to reach.
    • Always on the lookout for the best matching offers for the clients and negotiate the best rates for our clients and customers
    • Provide customers with all information related to their booking
    • Ensure full client satisfaction and customer loyalty
    • Be a founding member of an international team and help lay the foundation for the US branch of this leading European company!

    WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

    • A year or so of experience in customer services and/or inside sales
    • Experience handling difficult situations by phone or email and stay calm in all circumstances
    • Proactive mindset with strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to help build the team and department
    • Excellent communicator with a strong focus on the customer
    • Experience with understanding customer requirements and finding solutions for the ultimate win-win situations
    • We are looking for a team player who inspires trust, is ready to take initiatives, excels at customer satisfaction, and is a problem solver
    • Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus
    • If you have a boating background, it’s even more perfect ;)
