Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the yard, ensuring efficient and safe processes.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and tracking materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Supervise a team of yard workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Train new employees on yard procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery in the yard.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Strong budgeting skills to effectively manage resources.
• Proven sales experience with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers.
• Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on company standards.
• Experience in training development to create effective training programs for employees.
