JOB TITLE: HR Generalist
DEPARTMENT: Administration
POSITION SUMMARY: Performs Human Resources related duties at the professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, training, employment, labor relations, and affirmative action and employment equity programs. Will also perform as payroll back-up and will be involved in implementation and administration of benefits and benefit negotiations along with other various human resource functions including but not limited to: talent recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, training, compensation, benefit plans, payroll, HR systems, and employee records.
