Boba Guys is looking for milk tea and coffee enthusiasts who are passionate about quality, transparency, and giving a damn about good business practices The Production Team Member will support the Boba Guys commissary kitchen by assisting in back-end production, production fulfillment, and quality assurance for all commissary kitchen items.. Our mission is to bridge cultures and change the way people think about boba and tea. We do this through our thoughtfully crafted drinks, snacks, merchandise, and next-level customer service. YOU WILL

• Demonstrate all of Boba Guys' core values of ‘Giving a Damn, ‘Quality, Radical Candor, Mindfulness, and Resilience ' in crafting and producing all commissary items that support our retail stores such as product dosing, tea blending, and sauce making.
• Help with kitchen production and tea/product dosing which includes preparing product in an commissary facility
• Have or be willing to complete ServSafe Certification Ability
• Be able to meet the physical demands described below to successfully perform job functions. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Be physically able to work an eight (8) hour day or more on your feet , regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds, and push/pull carts weighing up to 100 pounds

REQUIREMENTS:

• Availability to work weekends
• Ability to lift, move, or up to 25lb on a regular basis and up to 40lb on an occasional basis
• Ability to properly count cash and coin to guest while on register

This position will require a flexible schedule, including 2-3 weekdays and weekends. A minimum availability of 20 hours per week is required for this role.
