SF BAY AREA VAN DRIVER ($500 sign-on bonus)

Part Time, Non-exempt

Compensation $20 - $24 per hour ($500 sign-on bonus)

At Boba Guys, we are growing rapidly; Come be a part of the fun!  We are looking for energetic, timely and safe people to join our Operations team and drive our company van.  You will help support our growth by delivering goods to our Retail locations in San Francisco, the SF Peninsula, and/or the East Bay. We provide a company van and the ability to begin and end your day early with a route that is less than 10 stops, each shift.  We reward our drivers with competitive pay, paid time off and sick leave, medical benefits for full time employees, as well as free drinks and discounts on retail items and merchandise. 

YOU WILL

• Pack and deliver retail and commissary orders for our Retail Stores ensuring a high level of quality, accuracy, and productivity 
• Deliver packages to stores on time, managing an average route of ~5-7 stops daily 
• Interact with team members and guests in a professional manner
• Maintain electronic logs to track routes and deliveries
• Complete daily maintenance checks on delivery van and notify manager of any issues
• Work full time (30+ hours), including variable hours such as mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays (required); One Saturday shift is required.

YOU POSSESS

• U.S. work authorization 
• Valid California Class C Driver's License with clean DMV record
• Minimum of one year driving experience 
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent (required)
• Ability to work full time (30-40 hours), including variable hours such as mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays (required)

YOU ARE

• Energetic, personable, and safe
• Able to manage time and routes for a streamlined delivery
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds plus bending and twisting utilizing safe lifting and handling practices
• Work well independently with transparent communication utilizing communication tools including mobile phone, computer and messaging applications, e.g. Slack.

• The pay range for this position is between $20-$24/hour, commensurate with experience
• $500 sign-on bonus*
