Bobcat Property Management company is looking for an ‘A’ player to join our premier property management company as an Executive Property Manager! We don’t just manage properties - we improve the lives of residents and real estate investors through property management solutions. The manager will be assigned around 100 properties to manage spread throughout Carson City and Dayton. THIS IS NOT A ON-SITE MANAGEMENT POSITION. The position will be tasked with: • Managing a portfolio of residential homes in Carson City and Dayton, Nevada. Candidate must possess: • A very strong moral & ethical foundation - integrity • Experience in property management is a plus • Current Nevada real estate license and property management permit must be obtained within 6 months of being hired • Professional appearance • Ability to work hard…. very hard! • Ability to connect with other people without trying • High degree of self-confidence tempered by humility • Strong attention to detail and organization • Strong communication skills and ability to be articulate Primary job duties: • Resident / Owner relations • Coordinating resident move-outs and security deposit returns • Coordinating the make-ready process on vacant homes • Maintenance coordination on rental homes This opportunity is open to individuals who are licensed RE and PM permit holders. Salary: 100% commission starting at $60,000+ Responsibilities: Maintain vendor relationships, implement budgets and coordinate on-site operations to ensure smooth operation of the property Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Some weekend and evening hours required Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone • Nevada Real Estate License and Property Management Permit Compensation: $65,000+
