Body Renew Alaska has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. If you're experienced working in service, retail, or hospitality capacity we'd love to have you join our team! As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible to ensure our guests and members are treated with a relaxing and superior experience. You are also responsible for driving new business initiatives and sales for the club, as well as, assisting the Operations Manager in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the facility.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Guest Services; Greet Members and Guests Enthusiastically and Professionally

Understand and Promote Benefits of Body Renew Membership Programs

Membership Sales

Increase Brand Awareness and Business Growth

Schedule New Member Appointments

Make Appointment Confirmation Calls and Make Follow-up Calls

Tour Potential New Members through the Facility

Build Rapport with Members to Find the Path to their Goals

Create New Business Internally and Externally through Promotions and Referrals

Successfully Reach and Attain Individual Monthly Goals

Assist Current Members with Account Questions

Assist with keeping an Organized and Clean Facility

Required Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old or older to apply

Goal orientated and motivated

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Passion to help other others in their health and wellness lives

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time

Must be able to reach with arms and hands, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, walk, talk, and hear

Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Preferred:

1 year of customer service experience

Enthusiastic, energetic, and pleasant personality

Maintain a positive and courteous attitude at all times

Experience or general knowledge and interest in health and fitness

Previous customer service in retail or fitness sales is a plus
