RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee New Hire Process to Include; Recruitment, Onboarding, Background Checks, Orientation, and Employee Files
Employee Departing Process
Maintain and Audit Employee Files
Maintain and Audit Employee Certifications
Assist with Development and Updating of Job Descriptions, Employee Handbook, and Other HR Documents
Assist Employees with Questions and Concerns in Relation to Human Resources with the Managing Director
Administer HR Policies and Programs to Employees
Perform Outreach in the Community to Maintain Effective Talent Management and Recruiting
Assist with Payroll Functions
Assist Company with being HR Law Compliant
Perform Various Employee and Club Audits
Conduct Pieces of Employee Training Courses
Provide Administrative Support
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must be at least 18 years or older to apply
High school diploma or equivalent
1-year experience in Human Resources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Must be able to work independently and with a team
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and strongly pay attention to detail
Experience with general office equipment
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Enthusiastic, energetic, and pleasant personality
Maintain a positive and courteous attitude at all times
3 years Experience in Human Resources is a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time
Must be able to reach with arms and hands, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, walk, talk, and hear
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
WAGE AND BENEFITS
Hourly Wage is DOE, $15 - $18 per hour
