Body Renew is looking for experienced Yoga instructors 2-3 evenings per week.
Group Fitness Class Instructors are responsible for the delivery and promotion of various Group Fitness Classes that offer the members a method to maximize their workout efficiency, improve fitness, increase stamina and improve overall sense of well being.
Group Fitness Class Instructors design and conduct safe, effective, professional, and well-organized classes to ensure the member is satisfied with their workout and remains motivated to attain their personal fitness goals. They will act as a fitness resource for participants and maintain a positive enthusiastic relationship to encourage their continued attendance to Body Renew Group Fitness Classes.
At Body Renew we have a large variety of Group Fitness classes offered to our members with over 150 available per week.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Develops positive relations with class participants by welcoming all participants and keeping engagement through the class
Attentively listens to members, asks questions, answers questions, and engages in conversation before, during, and after class
Educates class participants on a correct form or alternative form and moves during class
Provides appropriate music playlist that fits the Group Fitness Class style while motiving members and ensuring appropriate language is used
Assist with keeping an organized and clean facility by cleaning up fitness class space after each Group Fitness Class
Required Qualifications:
Must have a nationally accredited Yoga Instructor certification
Must have CPR certification within 30 days of employment
Get certified through Body Renew at no cost!
Must be at least 18 years old or older to apply
Enthusiastic, energetic, and pleasant personality
Passion to help other others in their health and wellness lives
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for long periods of time
Must be able to reach with arms and hands, balance, stand, run, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, walk, talk, and hear
Must be able to routinely lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally 100 pounds
Must be able to perform all exercises specific to the Group Fitness Class being instructed
Preferred:
Maintain a positive and courteous attitude at all times
Experience or general knowledge and interest in health and fitness
