The busser contributes to patrons’ dining experience by clearing and cleaning tables; delivering used plateware, glassware and utensils to the dishwashing area for cleaning; restocking clean plateware, glassware and utensils; and ensuring the dining area remains clean, organized and safe. The busser works in both the Front of House and Back of House and maintains strong communication with other members of the restaurant team to ensure guests’ satisfaction.
Requirements
● At least six months’ experience in the restaurant industry
● Professional demeanor and hospitable disposition
● Strong oral communication skills
● Desire to learn and grow
● Full availability, including weekends
● Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Pay: $5.50 per hour plus tips
