Bogeys is hiring a reliable, hands-on Store Manager for our Weirton, WV location. Management experience is required.

This is a working management position responsible for keeping the store operating smoothly, leading employees, handling store operations, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

Creating employee schedules and ensuring shifts are staffed

Hiring, training, supervising, and managing employees

Handling attendance, performance issues, and daily staff needs

Completing store orders and managing inventory

Cash handling, deposits, paperwork, and reports

Maintaining a clean, organized, customer-friendly store

Addressing customer concerns professionally

Covering shifts and working alongside the team when needed

Ensuring company policies and food-safety procedures are followed

Requirements:

Prior management experience is required

Dependable, organized, and able to lead a team

Comfortable with scheduling, ordering, cash handling, and paperwork

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed

Reliable transportation
