    Summary:


    Bogin, Munns & Munns seeks a motivated Personal Injury Intake Attorney to join our busy intake department.

    The intake attorney will engage with potential clients regarding their case and answer questions about how Bogin, Munns & Munns can assist them with their legal matter. The attorney will also review the facts of cases and flag case management issues.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    · Answer legal questions for potential clients.

    · Ability to overcome objections and explain why BMM is the best choice for them.

    · Review cases and flag issues of concern.

    · Be accessible to clients with catastrophic issues in real-time.

    · Monitor daily emails.

    · Create presentations for meetings and training sessions.

    · Assist with the onboarding and training of intake specialists.

    · Foster a teamwork-inclusive environment.

    · Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing concerns.

    · Prepare weekly and monthly metric reports.

    · Create, maintain, and keep documentation related to actions taken as part of the intake process (including filling/filing intake forms, and maintaining correspondence)

    · Maintain referral information.

    Requirements, Competencies, and Certifications :

    **** · Law degree from a fully accredited law school.

    · Licensed to practice Law in Florida.

    · Three years of experience in Personal Injury law practice.

    · Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, and Excel.

    · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

    · The ability to work well under pressure, and to learn and retain new information.

    · Highly organized, and detail-oriented with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills and a strong customer-service orientation.

    · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

    · Must be able to multitask and handle high-stress, sensitive situations with a high degree of confidentiality.

    · This job requires the use and exercise of independent judgment.

    · Desire to learn new disciplines and become more knowledgeable and proficient in additional practice areas.

    · Bilingual is preferred.

    Minimum Education & Preferred Experience:

    · Juris Doctorate

    Preferred Experience:

    • Minimum three years of Personal Injury experience.
    • Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
