The Bohemian Advisory Collective, is a leading middle-market merger and acquisition & business strategy consulting partnership.
As an Associate of our firm, you will:
- Contact and consult with business owners who are interested in exploring their options for ownership transition, such as selling, partnering, or exiting their business.
- Coordinate and facilitate the entire transaction process, from valuation to closing, with the support of our experienced team and infrastructure.
- Earn a generous commission of 15% of the firm’s closing fees, with no cap on your income. Salary is given upon completion of training.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Experience in financial services, consulting, M&A, sales, accounting, or relationship building.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with business owners.
- A willingness to your own professional development and marketing through a one-time fee of $450 (which is optional at candidates own discretion), which covers the cost of our 3rd - party partners comprehensive training system and marketing resources.
- Successful candidates will be eligible for compensation during training.
